Job summary

Kaisa in Uppsala is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate complex technology into clear, winning commercial stories. You’ll sit between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing and own what happens in the middle, shaping strategy, building materials, and acting as the gatekeeper for product messaging.

You’ll lead positioning, run end-to-end launches, and create sales assets. You will join sales calls, listen to customers, and drive expansion with targeted playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, GTM execution, or Product Messaging in a B2B SaaS or tech scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Define core positioning and packaging across website, decks, and collateral.
• Lead end-to-end launches with strategy, timelines, and execution.
• Bridge product and sales by translating technical details into actionable assets.
• Join customer conversations to validate messaging and gather real feedback.
• Build playbooks and materials to enable Customer Success to drive upsells.
