Job summary

AddSecure in Stockholm is seeking a Product Manager for Personal Safety to own and develop a portfolio at the heart of our Personal Safety business, including cloud‑based incident response and portable alarms with positioning and dispatch. You will translate customer needs into a roadmap and work with R&D to develop solutions that create clear customer value.

This is a hands‑on role spanning five markets with a focus on user experience and profitability.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management, ownership or similar role within B2B technology.
Experience with technically complex products or services, ideally within personal safety, alarms, security or safety‑critical environments.
Strong UX sense and habit of working with design and R&D to make products simple and dependable under stress.
Experience with subscription‑ or platform‑based services and with connected hardware.
Ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility and business impact.
Experience taking hardware, software or connected services from development to market and maintaining them afterwards.
Strong product and commercial judgement and cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Academic background or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the product roadmap for the Personal Safety portfolio, including cloud-based incident response and portable alarms.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle, including market introductions, profitability and lifecycle management.
Grow and evolve alarm handling and communication offerings and identify new product opportunities.
Own user experience across apps and interfaces, working with UX, R&D and end users.
Collaborate with R&D to write clear requirements for estimation and delivery.
Lead market introductions with Sales, Marketing, and country teams, including packaging and pricing.
Support expansion in the UK and Germany, including regulatory requirements.
Track revenue, margins and adoption, using insights to inform priorities and business cases.
Drive digital initiatives and customer-facing tools for installation, commissioning and support.
Represent AddSecure at trade fairs and industry events to bring market insights back to the roadmap.
