Job summary

• Manage stock levels, deliveries, replenishment and destocking with Operations.
• Review and implement Head of Product and HQ strategies.
• Monitor competitors and feedback to Regional and HQ teams.
• Lead, coach and develop the commercial team through training and reviews.
• Coordinate with Store Management, Product, Visual, Operations and People teams.
• Ensure policies and Code of Conduct are followed.
