Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product vision and roadmap, aligning stakeholders around the vision.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless integration of security features in software applications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to deliver top-notch solutions.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with security goals and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and emerging threats to stay ahead of the curve in application security.
- Ensure the delivery of scalable and user-friendly security features.
- Foster a security-first mindset across the organization and promote best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, ideally more than 5 years within the data analytics domain.
- A proactive problem-solver, identifying and addressing security challenges with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, influencing and educating stakeholders across all levels.
- Balance security, user experience, and business objectives effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Enterprise & Critical Infrastructure Experience: Proven track record delivering products in enterprise or critical-infrastructure environments with a strong focus on security analytics.
- Data Platform and technical knowledge: Strong ability to define product requirements for performance-optimized data pipelines that support analytics, ML prototyping, and large-scale database design.
- MLOps & Applied Machine Learning: Experience driving the applied ML lifecycle: from model development to deployment, versioning, monitoring, and scaling into production (MLOps best practices).
- DevOps & Agile Delivery: Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions), containerization, and agile SDLC practices to accelerate product delivery.
- Cybersecurity Analytics Focus: Ability to lead cybersecurity analytics initiatives by prioritizing features for threat telemetry ingestion, correlation, enrichment, and vulnerability management.
- Product Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps, define measurable OKRs, and align engineering, security, and compliance teams.
