About the role:

Are you interested in shaping the future of accessories? We are seeking a driven and business-oriented Product Manager for our Core Accessories team. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, focusing on profitability, innovation, and customer value. Core Accessories include head protection, communication equipment, forestry, and garden tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from market analysis to launch and phase-out.
  • Maintain an attractive and competitive product portfolio.
  • Handle pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to drive success.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio development.

About you:

Ideal candidates have experience in product management, preferably in consumer products or accessories. You are analytical, structured, with a strong business mindset, and thrive in dynamic environments where you take ownership of initiatives.

Your skills and background:

  • Relevant academic degree; fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Interest in new technology with understanding of technical solutions.
  • Experience or interest in forestry work is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.

Location:

This role is based in Huskvarna. The position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing onsite and remote work, with in-office meetings 2-3 days per week (50%).
