Xensam is seeking a Product Manager to own the delivery and evolution of our SAM product. You’ll drive execution, ensure roadmap delivery, and align product, engineering, and business teams.

You’ll balance long-term vision with daily execution, turning customer and business needs into actionable plans and delivering high-quality releases. This role thrives in a growing team with structure and impact, offering a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and end-to-end product ownership.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Experience in SAM/ITAM and AI-enabled product features.
• Experience with data-centric platforms.

Responsabilités

• Drive quality, structure, and efficiency across teams; ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, QA, and operations.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear motivation and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure roadmap delivery on time and to quality; manage dependencies and cross-team coordination.
• Collaborate with QA and Support to triage issues and balance roadmap progress, debt, and bugs.
• Gather and integrate customer and business feedback into actionable roadmap decisions.
• Partner with leadership to define and refine the roadmap for sub-products.
• Validate delivered features against product goals and user expectations.
• Contribute to cross-product alignment with platform architecture and vision.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational scaling as the company grows.
