Job summary

Xensam is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer in Sweden to design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions that streamline workflows and boost productivity across Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering. You will partner with teams to identify where AI adds value, develop reusable components, and lead adoption with practical, hands-on implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python and API integrations.
• Experience building solutions with LLMs and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience working with RAG, vector databases, or agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating commercial AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Codex.
• Experience with open-source AI models and self-hosted inference platforms.
• Comfortable with Linux, Docker, and self-hosted environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered solutions and automations across departments.
• Drive AI adoption by making teams confident in using AI.
• Design reusable AI components, prompts, and workflows.
• Experiment with new models and approaches to stay ahead.
• Automate deterministic processes and AI-driven analytics where appropriate.
• Build and manage self-hosted AI infrastructure and pipelines.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and tools.
• Educate and mentor colleagues through workshops and documentation.
• Partner with all departments to understand workflows and add value.
