Job summary

Höganäs is seeking a Product Manager, Additives to take operational ownership of the additives portfolio. You will work closely with suppliers, production, sales and technical experts to ensure products stay reliable, compliant and aligned with customer needs throughout their lifecycle.

You will oversee product specifications, support quality and change management, and act as a main contact for product-related questions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field such as Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
• 2–3 years in an industrial environment related to Product Management, Technical Support, R&D, Quality or Purchasing.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and managing technical information.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product specifications for sales products and purchased materials.
• Coordinate supplier relations, evaluate material changes, and communicate changes across functions.
• Support new product introductions, portfolio updates, and phase-outs.
• Serve as a key contact for product inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor quality signals and contribute to investigations and resolutions.
• Drive structured decision making and ensure changes are implemented lifecycle-wide.
