Job summary

Höganäs AB is seeking a Product Manager, Additives to own and develop the additives portfolio. You will coordinate between suppliers, production units, sales teams, and technical specialists to ensure products stay reliable and aligned with customer needs through their lifecycle.

The role emphasizes ownership, hands-on collaboration with technical and commercial stakeholders, and driving improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related technical field.
2–3 years experience in industrial environments in Product Management, Technical Support, R&D, Quality or Purchasing.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain product specifications for the additives portfolio across sales and purchased materials.
Coordinate supplier-related matters and support quality and change management activities.
Evaluate, communicate, and implement product and raw material changes across functions.
Support new product introductions, portfolio updates, and product phase-outs.
Serve as a primary contact for product-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor quality signals and assist investigations to resolve product issues.
Drive structured decision-making and follow-up activities for successful changes.
Manage product discontinuation processes with clear stakeholder communication.
