We think you’ll thrive with us if you:

• Have 3-5 years experience in Product Management, ideally within e-commerce, CRM, or MarTech.
• Bring a visionary mindset and hands-on experience with AI-driven products or solutions.
• Know how to turn user needs and ideas into actionable concepts and measurable value.
• Have led agile product teams and excel at stakeholder management at all levels.
• Make KPIs and data-driven decisions part of your team’s everyday rhythm.
• Communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
• Are fluent in Swedish and comfortable in English.
• Are excited to join a creative crew of 10+ product and project managers shaping the future together.

It would be extra nice if you also:

• Have experience working as a consultant.
• Are comfortable in data-driven environments, with hands-on experience in A/B/n testing and experimentation.
• Hold a certification in agile methodologies.
