Job summary

PlentyLabs, part of Epidemic Group, is seeking a Product Lead to shape the product roadmap and establish a shared decision framework with customers, design and engineering. You will join a senior, collaborative team and set direction for the product, reporting to the COO and working with the CTO, a front-end developer and a product designer.

Qualifications

• Led software products and guided designers and engineers with clear scopes and constructive feedback.
• Proficient in Figma with strong UX instincts.
• Strong prioritization and business sense; use data and user feedback to trade off decisions.
• Worked closely with engineers on AI models and API integrations.
• Customer-centric mindset; translate user needs into practical product solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to unlock creativity in workflows.
• Collaborative, co-creator mindset that uplifts teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PlentyLabs to drive customer value and business growth.
• Set up a simple, shared way of prioritizing work and planning sprints, ensuring smooth delivery, clarity, and focus across the team.
• Build a regular feedback loop with creative, marketing, and users, turning insights into actionable product decisions.
• Define and track key performance metrics, such as retention and content exports, to measure success and iterate continuously.
• Support and guide the product designer and front-end developer with clear scope, while working closely with the CTO on technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to align on business direction and lead the future scaling of the product.
