Job summary

Lendo is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own the overarching product direction for our digital customer experience and lead Product Owners and the CRO team. You will transform multiple product teams into a coherent system, driving evidence-based priorities and measurable business impact.

You will coach Product Owners, influence growth strategies through the CRO team and raise the bar for product decisions across the company, while maintaining a focus on outcomes and value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital product management experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading Product Owners or Product Managers.
• Deep expertise in modern product discovery, hypothesis testing and CRO.
• Ability to build a scalable product system aligned with long term goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overarching product strategy for our digital customer experience.
• Lead, mentor and coach Product Owners and the CRO team to improve discovery quality and conversion.
• Establish discovery principles, lean product development and A/B testing as standard practices.
• Balance roadmaps, release progress and cross-team dependencies to remove blockers.
