Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in industrial gas turbine industry or related technical environment.
• Knowledge about commercial projects and power plant business.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
• PM training or certification is meritorious.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Good speaking and reading English skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage prioritized projects to ensure timely fleet-wide issue resolution.
• Coordinate the complete issue-resolution process from defining problem statements to sustainable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional interfaces to maintain project progress and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and coordinate internal/external communications.
• Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones and budgets for successful delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and quality feedback.
