Job summary

Siemens Energy in Finspång, Sweden, seeks a Process Engineering Manager to lead the Air Intake, Acoustic enclosures, CFD, and Gas/Fire Detection systems. You will develop your team and processes, set strategic goals, and help shape the future process engineering department within the D&S PE management team.

You will participate in gate reviews, resource planning, and tool strategy discussions, ensuring high standards and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing people and teams.
• Strategic business approach with understanding of gas turbine technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Fluent English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process engineering group for Air Intake, Acoustic enclosures, CFD, Gas/Fire Detection & Fire extinguishing systems.
• Define and drive business strategies aligned with department objectives and vision.
• Contribute to the setup of the future process engineering department.
• Support the system development of our engineering tools landscape to realize the PLM vision.
• Attend product-related gate and design reviews and ensure high standards and compliance.
• Conduct resource planning and allocation to secure the right competences for upcoming projects.
