Job summary

We started with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge – helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds.

We are looking for a Product Engineer to be involved throughout the entire product development journey – from early ideas, problem discovery, implementation, launch, and continuous improvement. We want engineers who take ownership, think holistically, and contribute beyond writing code.

Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer at Nextory, you will work across the stack with a focus on backend development, distributed systems, integrations, and scalable architecture.

Just as importantly, you’ll collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to shape solutions that create real value for our users.

We’re looking for a curious and product-minded engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building scalable, high-quality systems. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with humans and AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows to scale your impact.

Qualifications

Work Environment

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore.

Hybrid work policy: four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work-from-home day.
