Role Overview

As a Growth Engineer at Nextory, you will build the systems, tools, and automations that power our performance marketing across multiple markets. You don't need experience in performance marketing, we will teach you that. What matters is a strong engineering mindset, curiosity, and a passion to find very smart solutions to very complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered tools, automations, and scripts to improve marketing operations
• Develop data-driven systems for campaign optimization and decision-making
• Turn manual processes into scalable, reliable workflows
• Learn paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) through mentorship from senior specialists
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, BI, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to drive experimentation and growth

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build solutions that create real business impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where experimentation and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.

• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, and ideally experience building AI agents, automations, or similar solutions
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an interest in working with data

Bonus if you've taken initiative outside of work or school like starting a business, building an app, creating a YouTube channel, or working on other personal projects. We value the initiative and learning just as much as the outcome.

Work Environment

We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work‑from‑home day.

We do not offer relocation and a six‑month probationary period applies.
