Nextory AB in Stockholm is seeking a Growth Engineer to build the systems that power performance marketing. The role involves creating AI-powered tools and improving marketing operations.
The ideal candidate has a degree in a technical field and a passion for solving complex problems. The work environment is hybrid, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.
We believe great companies are built by people who are driven to solve difficult problems.
At Nextory, we are building the future of reading and listening. It is an ambitious goal that demands exceptional execution, relentless curiosity, and a willingness to challenge convention. We set a high bar for ourselves because we believe that's what it takes to create products people love.
If you're motivated by impact, energized by ambitious teammates, and excited by the opportunity to build something category-defining, you'll feel at home here.
As a Growth Engineer at Nextory, you will build the systems, tools, and automations that power our performance marketing across multiple markets. You don't need experience in performance marketing, we will teach you that. What matters is a strong engineering mindset, curiosity, and a passion to find very smart solutions to very complex problems.
We're looking for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and build solutions that create real business impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where experimentation and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
Bonus if you've taken initiative outside of work or school like starting a business, building an app, creating a YouTube channel, or working on other personal projects. We value the initiative and learning just as much as the outcome.
We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Paris and Bangalore. Our hybrid work policy includes four days in the office and Wednesdays as a work‑from‑home day.
We do not offer relocation and a six‑month probationary period applies.
