Job summary

TechShack in Stockholm is seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Product Engineer to build products from scratch and take ideas to customers.

You’ll work closely with the founders, owning projects from conception to launch, with strong frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Node.js/Go) capabilities. Expect a fast-paced, autonomous role in a small team with clear ownership.

I’m working with an early-stage startup in Stockholm that is looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to join the team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes building things from scratch and wants to be involved in the product, not just the engineering side. You’ll work closely with the founders and the rest of the team, taking ideas from an early concept through to something customers can actually use.

The role

• Build new products and features from 0→1
• Work across both frontend and backend
• Take ownership of projects from idea through to launch
• Work closely with the founders on product and technical decisions
• Move quickly, test ideas and iterate
• Help shape the engineering setup as the company grows

What they’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Full-Stack or Product Engineer
• Experience building and shipping customer-facing products
• Strong frontend skills, ideally React and TypeScript
• Good backend experience with Python, Node.js, Go or a similar language
• Someone comfortable working across the stack
• A strong product mindset and good commercial judgement
• Comfortable working in a small team where you’ll have a lot of ownership

Startup experience is a big plus, particularly if you’ve built something from scratch or owned a product end-to-end. This is 5 days a week in the Stockholm office.

You’ll have a lot of autonomy and won’t be buried under layers of process.
