Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Stockholm is seeking a Staff Engineer to shape the architecture and technology strategy across the entire product landscape. You will collaborate with engineering leadership, product, and business stakeholders to uncover opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.

You’ll drive AI, automation, and internal tooling initiatives while mentoring engineers and aligning tech with business outcomes in a fast‑growing European scaleup.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Staff Engineer or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record solving business-critical problems.
• Comfort in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
• Ability to drive initiatives from concept to delivery with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Hands-on senior engineering capabilities across TS/Node/React, AWS, databases and modern cloud architectures.

The Role:

You will Lead, Influence & Build Across the Entire Product Landscape.This is a brand‑new position (sitting above individual teams) and working horizontally across all product areas. You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership, product and business stakeholders to uncover new opportunities, shape technical strategy and solve complex, cross‑functional problems.
