Responsibilities

Your role - We are now looking for a Product Developer / Quality Manager who wants to join early in the start-up and contribute to building our new operation.

In this role, product development—from idea to finished product—is combined with overall quality responsibility for production and processes.

• Develop new dried meals and components based on market and customer needs
• Own recipes, costing, labeling, nutrition data, and product documentation
• Develop, operate, and maintain our quality management system to be certified according to FSSC 22000
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and customer requirements (food legislation, HACCP, allergen management, etc.)
• Participate in production start-up, trial runs, and sensory testing

Qualifications

• Relevant education in food technology, nutrition, chemistry, or equivalent
• Documented experience in product development within food, preferably dried products or meal solutions
• Solid knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and certification standards such as FSSC 22000 or equivalent
• Comfortable working with nutrition calculations, recipe costing, and food labeling (EU 1169/2011)
• Excellent Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Good IT skills (Office 365, ERP systems, lab/recipe software)

• Experience from industrial production and start-up of new operations
• Sensory evaluation and tasting
• Project management experience
