Job summary

Bits Technology is building compliance infrastructure for regulated financial institutions in the Nordics. The product is dense and design‑driven, and you will own surfaces end to end, prototype in code, and maintain a living design system with Storybook.

You will work in small teams with founders, engineers and compliance experts, sitting with engineering and customers to ship from sketch to release. Stockholm office, full-time, 4 days on-site, reporting to our CPO.

Qualifications

• You can judge interface quality and explain why.
• You have shipped work live to users under your own name.
• You think in components, states and reusable pieces.
• Curiosity about hard, complex problems and shaping the problem.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end to end from problem to production.
• Prototype in code; use Figma for planning and decisions.
• Own the design system as a living thing in Storybook.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance and customers to ship quality.
