Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Product Management & Business Development Manager within the Product Unit Integrated Systems. You will oversee a team of 5–10 managers and bid managers, shaping the market offering and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will contribute to strategic planning and ensure customer-focused growth across defense systems. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and continuous product improvement, with a strong focus on security-related domains and international

Qualifications

Leadership experience with a focus on business and customer understanding.
Strong financial understanding and experience in project management and/or product management.
Driven individual with strong social skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
Ability to create a collaborative culture characterized by transparency, feedback, respect and trust.
Team player willing to go the extra mile for team objectives.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of product managers and bid managers (5–10 people).
Define and develop the Product Unit’s market offering and win new business.
Contribute to product and business strategy as part of the Integrated Systems Management team.
Drive growth initiatives and continuous improvements across the unit.
