Job summary

HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH Sverige Filial i Stockholm söker en erfaren Inköpschef för OL31-projektet i Vagnhärad. Du ansvarar för strategisk upphandling, leverantörsval och avtal samt samordning med projekt- och ekonomiteam för kostnadseffektiv leverans.

Qualifications

• Minst 7 års erfarenhet av upphandling inom bygg/infrastruktur.
• God kunskap om svenska upphandlingssystem och leverantörsmarknader.
• Erfarenhet av att hantera högt värdeupphandlingar samt strategisk sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Utveckla och implementera upphandlingsstrategier och planer för projektet.
• Leda pre-kvalificering, tendering, leverantörsval och kontraktstilldelning.
• Hantera upphandlingsscheman, budgetar och leverantörsprestationer.
• Säkerställa efterlevnad av svenska regler och företagsrutiner.
• Bygga och upprätthålla goda relationer med leverantörer och underentreprenörer.
• Stötta kommersiella och projektteam i kontraktsförhandlingar.
• Identifiera risker och genomföra riskminimering.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to support the successful delivery of the OL31 Project in Vagnhärad.

The OL31 Project forms part of the Ostlänken programme, one of Sweden's largest and most important railway infrastructure investments. Ostlänken is a new approximately 160-kilometre double-track railway connecting Järna and Linköping, designed to increase capacity, improve regional connectivity and support sustainable transport across Sweden.

The project involves complex civil engineering works, extensive stakeholder coordination, demanding management of sophisticated procurement activities. Working on OL31 offers the opportunity to contribute to a landmark infrastructure programme that will have a lasting impact on Sweden's transport network and future development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project procurement strategies, procurement plans and procedures complies with company’s integral management system.
• Leading prequalification of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead tendering, supplier selection and contract award processes.
• Manage procurement schedules, budgets and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish procurement regulations, industry standards and company procedures.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support commercial and project teams in contract negotiations.
• Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and supply chain performance.

Your Profile

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a procurement management role within construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish procurement systems, supplier markets and procurement practices.
• Experience managing high-value procurement packages and strategic sourcing activities.
• Understanding of Swedish contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proven ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English; Swedish and/or German is highly advantageous.
