About the Role

Are you passionate about bringing structure to fast-moving environments? As Procurement Lead at Instabee Sweden, you’ll take ownership of our day-to-day and strategic purchasing—ensuring we buy smart, stay cost-effective, and scale sustainably.

Reporting to the Head of Business Control & Analytics, you’ll manage procurement across key areas like terminals, fleet, and subcontractors - balancing local needs with national coordination. You’ll help drive structure, keep contracts tidy, and work closely with operations, finance, and leadership to support smarter spending.

This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, values clarity, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Some of the Things You Will Do

• Own purchasing operations and larger procurement planning
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage vendor relationships
• Monitor and optimize procurement costs
• Keep documentation and contracts organised and up-to-date
• Build scalable, structured processes

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in supply chain, finance, economics, or similar
• 3+ years in procurement, controlling, or consulting
• Analytical, structured, and comfortable navigating supplier discussions (no need to be a hard negotiator)
• Comfortable managing both strategy and operational execution
• Fluent in Excel/Google Sheets (plus if you know Medius, Netsuite)
