This Principal Software Architect will report to our Global Technology Manager of Platform Development. The responsibility focuses on designing and implementing software solutions across multiple domains across the platform. The organization consists of roughly 140 colleagues organized globally in 10 ScM Teams.
The emphasis will be on designing software platform development at a lower level of middleware development to develop platform capabilities such as low power handling, inter-processor communication, time synchronization, boot loader, etc., for a complex SOC running classic/adaptive AUTOSAR and Linux/QNX hypervisors.
You are an experienced Software Architect with a passion for automotive software development and a deep understanding of AUTOSAR and/or Linux running on top of Hypervisor in complex system-on-chip architectures, which are the core of the vehicle. Your expertise lies in software platform and middleware development, with a successful track record of designing and implementing solutions for automotive ECUs. You thrive in collaborative environments where you can mentor and guide development teams. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to make critical decisions and drive continuous improvement in software platform development processes.
