Job summary

Prisjakt Sverige AB in Malmö is building the next generation of its pricing capabilities. You will own pricing models, calibrate and backtest price levels, and translate models into concrete development requirements so pricing runs in code rather than a spreadsheet.

This role sits at the center of a new Business Growth function with exposure to leadership, sales and market expansion, and involves analyzing revenue effects, reporting, and communicating pricing logic clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative skills with experience modeling and working with large datasets.
• Experience with dynamic pricing models, preferably in marketplaces, ecommerce, or ad-tech.
• Ability to translate pricing models into actionable development requirements and tickets.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

About the role

Some people see a price list as a spreadsheet nobody wants to touch. You see the mechanism that decides how Prisjakt actually makes money - and you want to be the one rebuilding it.

Prisjakt is investing in the next generation of its pricing capabilities. More dynamic and data-driven and this role sits at the center of that work. You'll join a newly formed Business Growth function in Malmö with three tightly connected roles: Head of Business Growth, Business Developer, and Pricing. It's not a maintenance job - you're getting real ownership over the economic engine behind a business that millions of people use to make purchase decisions, at exactly the moment we're rebuilding how that engine prices things.

What you will actually spend your time on

• Own and evolve Prisjakt's pricing models as we develop the next generation of how we price.
• Calibrate and backtest price levels on a regular cadence, plus an annual indexing round, simulating against real click and revenue data before anything goes live.
• Translate model into system - write the requirements that get pricing logic into development and billing, so it runs in code, not a spreadsheet.
• Track the impact - build reporting on revenue effects by merchant, segment, and market.
• Support sales and expansion - profitability analysis for customer cases, and pricing input when we enter new markets.
• Brief leadership - turn your analysis into clear decision material when pricing questions land on the table.

Who you are

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and comfortable modeling, simulating, and working with large datasets in SQL/Python or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with dynamic pricing models. Not just a static price list, but something that actually moves with data. Marketplace, retail media, ad tech, e-commerce, or similar backgrounds all count.
• You understand elasticity and revenue modeling well enough to argue the commercial trade-offs, not just run the numbers.
• You're comfortable being the bridge between "here's the model" and "here's the requirement ticket" and used to working close to other teams..
• You can explain pricing logic to sales, leadership, and customers without losing anyone in the room.
• You're genuinely a bit of a pricing nerd. A calibration run landing exactly where you predicted is a good day for you, not just a task ticked off.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

A few things that will help

No pressure on any of these, but they won't hurt:

• Experience specifically with performance-based pricing - CPC, CPA, affiliate - in traffic-driven digital businesses.
• Time spent in the room during commercial negotiations, even if pricing wasn't your job title yet.
• Comfort with a scale-up pace, where some of what you'll own is still being built as you go.
