About This Role:
As Pricing, Reimbursement and Tender Manager, you will be an integral part of the External Affairs team, focusing on the strategic management of Biogen’s mature product portfolio within Multiple Sclerosis and Biosimilar products in the Nordic and Baltic Countries. In this role, you'll develop and execute pricing strategies, optimize tender outcomes, and ensure reimbursement renewals in alignment with the company's objectives.
You will bring value to Biogen by effectively managing price databases, responding to pricing-related inquiries, and overseeing the systematic structure for pricing and tendering. Your strategic insights and analytic capabilities will contribute to our business growth, and you'll fit into the overall business structure by collaborating with commercial colleagues, biosimilar heads, and Value and Access leads. Your work will directly influence the success of our product adoption across the regions, ensuring Biogen remains competitive and compliant within the market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Establish and maintain a systematic structure for pricing and tendering of Biogen products in the Nordics.
  • Manage and update pricing databases, including PriceRight and the cluster Excel price sheet, across seven countries.
  • Monitor and develop strategic recommendations for MS tender products in Sweden and Finland, as well as biosimilars in all Nordic Countries.
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of documents required for tender offerings.
  • Respond to pricing-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inform wholesalers of contract term changes and support field force engagements with external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, legal, and ethical standards, including reporting safety-related information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with commercial goals.
  • Stay informed about and adapt to changes in tender requirements across Nordic countries.

Your service-minded approach and you engage with stakeholders effectively. You are capable of keeping a steady hand in a fast-paced environment, making strategic decisions that enhance business opportunities. You are someone who takes charge, is comfortable with Excel and data management, and excels at being the expert in your field.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in pricing, tender management, or market access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with pricing databases.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Knowledge of the Nordic healthcare systems and market dynamics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tender portals and processes in the Nordic countries.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Some level of negotiation skills.
