Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in facility, utility or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with pressure vessels and compressed air systems.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect and maintain facility, utility and pressurized systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate contractors for on-site activities.

Skills

Troubleshooting plumbing and electrical systems

Knowledge of AFS 2023:11 requirements

Ability to identify deterioration mechanisms

Understanding of HVAC systems

Strong organizational and communication skills

Education

Technical education in maintenance, utilities, or facility systems
