Zusammenfassung

Lyten is seeking a Facility Engineer to lead maintenance and development of our production and office environments. You will oversee utilities, HVAC, electrical and safety systems, ensuring uptime and compliance across our facilities in Sweden and Europe.

You will plan preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, document layouts and logs, and drive energy-efficiency projects while supporting new equipment installations and plant expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in maintenance, utilities, or facility systems (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility or maintenance.
• VVS trained
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
• Familiarity with local building and safety codes.
• Experience maintaining compressors and process air distribution systems.
• Experience in clean & dry room environment.
• Experience in managing contractors and external vendors.
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
• Experience with maintenance of facility fire protection systems and regulations for these systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with the control and regulations for pressurized systems.

Aufgaben

• Plan, maintain and improve facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and sewage systems.
• Create and update preventive maintenance plans for facility and utility equipment.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, environmental and safety standards.
• Manage contractors and service providers performing facility-related work.
• Develop and update documentation such as layouts, drawings and maintenance logs.
• Lead facility improvement projects focused on energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Support new equipment installation and plant expansion activities.
• Respond to emergencies such as power loss, leaks or system failures promptly.
• Collaborate with production, EHS and engineering teams to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
