Job summary

Work with Design, Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Development to validate geometry, perform CAD analyses, and drive PQ method improvements to elevate craftsmanship and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Product Development, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related discipline.
• 3+ years in automotive product development or vehicle engineering.
• Experience with vehicle geometry, dimensional engineering, or product development.
• Proficient in CAD software and digital visualization tools.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PQ Geometry requirements and guidelines.
• Define harmonized Fit & Finish targets across vehicle systems.
• Evaluate geometry, dimensional quality, and appearance throughout development.
• Perform geometry analysis with CAD models and digital mock-ups.
• Support virtual validation to identify geometry issues early.
