Job summary

MilDef Group is seeking a dedicated FQC Technician to join our team in Sweden. You will test and perform function and quality control on products before delivery, following acceptance test procedures and documenting results.

You will configure software, follow manuals and drawings, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to production improvements while maintaining a hands-on approach in electronics and mechanics. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Technical education and a strong interest in computers, network products, and electronics.
• Mechanical and technical skills – you are handy and have good practical abilities.
• Problem-solving ability, structured work approach, and adherence to routines.
• Team player with strong social skills, comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Function test and quality check products according to acceptance test procedures before delivery to customer.
• Perform software configurations and installations.
• Read and follow technical work instructions, manuals, and drawings.
• Document test results and report deviations according to quality routines.
• Participate in troubleshooting and repair of products.
• Contribute to improvements in production environment for efficiency and quality.
