Job summary

MilDef Group is seeking a dedicated FQC Technician to join our team in Sweden. You will test and perform function and quality control on products before delivery, following acceptance test procedures and documenting results.

You will configure software, follow manuals and drawings, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to production improvements while maintaining a hands-on approach in electronics and mechanics. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

• Technical education and a strong interest in computers, network products, and electronics.
• Mechanical and technical skills – you are handy and have good practical abilities.
• Problem-solving ability, structured work approach, and adherence to routines.
• Team player with strong social skills, comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Step into the role

As a FQC Technician, you will be part of a team where your tasks will be to test and, according to our test routines, perform function and quality control on products before delivery to the customer.

Parts of the work also involve locating, verifying and solving problems that arise during tests, sometimes in larger teams and sometimes on your own, so it is advantageous if you have a solution-oriented mindset, are handy in handling both electronics and mechanics.
