ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and results-driven PR & Event Coordinator to cover a parental leave. You will take full ownership of PR, events, and activations across all markets, with responsibility for both traditional and online PR, including media placements, articles, and off-site initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and authority.

The role is a parental cover and combines strategy, execution, and analysis, ensuring every initiative aligns with VANBRUUN’s standards and drives measurable impact, in close collaboration with the marketing team.

Lead PR activities across physical and online channels, including media relations, influencers, gifting, collaborations, and campaigns that strengthen the company’s reputation and Domain Rating.

Plan and execute events, pop-ups, and activations.

Ensure consistent visual merchandising, dress code, and brand presentation across all locations.

Build and manage relationships with stylists, suppliers, and partners.

Oversee branded products from concept to production.

Support marketing with content, social media, newsletters, and web administration.

Track, analyze, and optimize event and PR results while monitoring trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Can-do attitude, curiosity, and results-driven with an interest in tracking impact and improving performance.

Strong relationship-building skills, time management and the ability to coordinate across teams and markets.

Hands-on production experience for events and activations.

Flexible and willing to travel as needed.

Driver’s license.

Location: The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
