Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform bioinformatics analyses with emphasis on single-cell RNA and ATAC sequencing and spatial data.
• Develop code and novel tools for advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Manage data quality control, storage, and archival processes.
• Collaborate with PhD students and postdocs and communicate results to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to manuscript and grant writing and prepare scientific presentations.
