Job summary

Stockholm School of Economics invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Migration and Integration Research (CMIR) within the House of Governance and Public Policy (GaPP). The appointee will develop an independent research agenda, publish in international journals, and engage with multi-stakeholder activities.

English proficiency is required; Swedish is an advantage. Relocation to Stockholm is expected.

Qualifications

• PhD completed or near completion in social sciences or a related field.
• Ability to publish in international scholarly journals.
• Proficiency in English; Swedish language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and publish original research aligned with the Center’s focus.
• Collaborate with researchers on interdisciplinary projects.
• Present at conferences and workshops; participate in scholarly community.
• Engage in multistakeholder activities (workshops, roundtables, dialogue forums).
• Translate research findings into formats accessible to external audiences.
