Qualifications

• Hold a doctoral degree in Ethnology, Gender Studies, or a related field, awarded within the last three years.
• Documented experience in ethnographic research (e.g., participant observation, qualitative interviews).
• Documented engagement with gender theories (feminist, queer, or intersectional) or cultural norm/power dynamics research.
• Oral and written proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Russian, Ukrainian, German, or Swedish is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork and ethnographic research related to migration and affective geopolitics.
• Engage with feminist, queer, or intersectional theories.
• Contribute to MAGnituDe project activities and collaborate with partners.
