Qualifications

• Expertise in developmental biology, stem cells and/or single-cell profiling techniques
• Communication and team work skills
• Hands-on experience in chromatin immunoprecipitation, next-generation sequencing library preparation, and/or droplet-based single-cell profiling techniques
• Demonstrated skills in human pluripotent stem cell culture and differentiation, proteomics, fluorescence-activated cell sorting, flow cytometry data analysis, and/or computational analysis of next-generation sequencing data

Responsibilities

• Work in a cross-disciplinary team and establish proteomics and single-cell profiling analysis workflows to study developmental processes modelled in stem cell differentiation cultures
• Supervise junior colleagues and contribute to manuscript writing while presenting work regularly at group and department meetings
• Lead or contribute to training and teaching activities within the group as appropriate
• Engage in computational analysis of sequencing data and participate in project meetings to guide experimental design
