Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field obtained within the last three years.
• Experience with DNA-based analytical methods (qPCR, sequencing, metabarcoding or eDNA).
• Experience with field sampling and GIS/GPS data is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply airborne eDNA collection methods in forest environments.
• Analyze sequencing and metabarcoding data to detect pathogens.
• Collaborate with partners and map pathogen distribution using GPS/GIS.
