Job summary
Nasdaq Stockholm is seeking a Product Portfolio, Data & Analytics Specialist reporting to the Sr Director, Product Portfolio Operations & Transformation. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, business, technology, and analytics, building the engine behind the division’s capital allocation decisions and turning portfolio data into strategic insights.
You will own data workflows, partner with Finance, Product Strategy, and Product Engineering to support well-informed capital allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business analytics, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong data and analytics capability with Excel modelling and BI tools like Power BI.
- Experience combining analytical work with strategic business decisions and communication to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI applications in portfolio analysis and decision making is desirable.
- Ability to design and run processes with multiple stakeholders and governance layers.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the portfolio data set-up, including the data model and sources.
- Lead the end-to-end business case approval process with finance, including linkage to forecasting.
- Develop strategic portfolio views and translate findings into recommendations for portfolio construction.
- Implement and maintain KPI dashboards in partnership with Finance.
- Prepare portfolio materials and insights for quarterly and annual planning and senior forums.
