Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in portfolio planning, project management, or strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile, PlanView, SAP and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify gaps and drive improvements from gap identification through solution design and full implementation readiness.
• Maintain and update the integrated portfolio roadmap aligned with business needs and other organisations.
• Ensure transparency of data through clear visualization (Portfolio views, programmes views, project views, org workload, KPIs, Decisions, Financial views).
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting and KPIs; create automation workflows using Power Automate and VBA scripts.
• Optimize data flows between SAP, PlanView, and other portfolio systems; oversee data preparation and integration.
