Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Solution Engineer to design and implement automation, templates and tooling for its self-service integration platform. You will turn architectural direction into practical, production-ready capabilities across APIs and integrations, working within the PA Engineering Platforms Integration team and reporting to the Competence Manager.

You will build reusable components, pipelines and services, embed security and reliability into the platform, and help development teams adopt

Qualifications

• Strong software development foundation with platform engineering exposure.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, deployment automation and IaC.
• Experience building APIs, integrations and event-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable platform components, templates and shared services for APIs, integrations and event-driven solutions.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, automation services and utilities to support platform delivery and operations.
• Embed security, logging, reliability, quality and compliance controls into pipelines and templates.
• Translate architecture and standards into production-ready implementation patterns.
• Onboard and support development teams using the platform and gather feedback.
