With a small team, leadership is naturally hands‑on. Being present in the operation, understanding the details, and supporting the team in real time is essential. At the same time, structured development and continuous improvement drive long‑term success.
The role also involves working in a geographically spread organization, where closest manager and colleagues are located in other parts of Sweden and in Finland. This requires a high degree of independence, self‑leadership, and the ability to make decisions and drive progress locally while staying aligned with the wider organization.

The position is based in Hallstahammar reports to the Production Director. Regular on‑site presence is essential. Some travel to the other plant in Örnsköldsvik will be a natural part of your job.
Relevant academic qualifications or equivalent experience provide a solid foundation, together with a strong background from production or industrial environments. Understanding production processes, planning, and ERP systems is important, along with experience in leading and structuring daily operations.
The ability to combine operational involvement with a structured, forward‑looking perspective strengthens both performance and development.
