You are comfortable designing experiments from first principles, running them rigorously, and turning data into decisions that move the process forward.

Responsibilities

Take end‑to‑end ownership of the cotton pre‑treatment and dye removal development.
Design, run, and iterate on lab‑scale experiments from bench to pilot relevant conditions.
Independently execute a full suite of characterization techniques.
Process, analyze, and report data with the rigor needed for scale‑up decisions.
Refine experimental protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and high‑quality results.
Contribute to an organized and clean laboratory environment.

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in physical chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
Industry experience is required.
Understanding of solvation thermodynamics, adsorption/desorption equilibria, kinetics, and mass transport is a merit.
Experience with cellulose, dyes, polymers, or extraction processes is an advantage; bonus if it touches supercritical fluids or alternative solvents.
Hands‑on lab experience; comfort moving between bench work and process thinking.
Experimental design skills.
Experience using data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or JMP) for experimental data.
Familiarity with drafting and refining SOPs in a laboratory setting.
