Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in materials science, chemical engineering, polymers, physics or related field (120/60 credits)
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Experience in lithium-ion batteries and/or solid-state electrolyte batteries

Responsibilities

• Research polymer-based solid-state electrolyte synthesis and electrode processing for scalable battery manufacturing
• Collaborate with Fraunhofer, RISE and industrial partners across Europe
• Bridge materials research with practical manufacturing and industry needs
• Undertake a research exchange at Fraunhofer for at least six months
