Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in a research context.
• Experience with laboratory techniques in virology or molecular biology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate the HIV-1 reservoir in clinical samples.
• Establish and optimise workflows for HIV-1 proviral DNA analysis.
• Perform bioinformatic and phylogenetic analyses of HIV-1 sequences.
• Contribute to biobanking and immunological characterization of study participants.
