Job summary

CAIA Cosmetics, a Stockholm-based global beauty brand, is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own day-to-day digital advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. You will ensure campaigns are published, structured and maintained to a high standard, backed by data and focused on ROI.

Bring 2–3 years of performance media experience, deep platform expertise, and a knack for turning business goals into measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a performance/paid media role with proven results.
• Experience managing six to seven figure monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Strong analytical skills including attribution models and trend analysis.
• Technical proficiency with CAPI, Events Manager and data flow troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Optimise campaign and testing structures across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot dips and distinguish platform issues from seasonal shifts.
• Maintain account hygiene including naming, taxonomy and structure across markets.
• Translate business goals into paid media KPIs and drive ROI.
• Feed insights to improve creatives, landing pages and offers based on data.
• Scale spend while maintaining performance across platforms and markets.
