Job summary

DOVISTA Sweden is seeking a strong people and operations manager to take responsibility for Material & Delivery operations, leading about 200 employees through a team of six first-line managers and two process developers. You will drive performance, strengthen the organisation and ensure operational excellence in a large production area.

You will work closely with the Senior Director, Head of Operations Sweden, contributing to strategic direction and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• University degree in engineering, production, operations, or related field, or equivalent leadership experience.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a strong people and operations manager to take responsibility for our Material & Delivery operations, a critical part of our window manufacturing business. Leading approximately 200 employees through a team of six first-line managers and two process developers, you will play a key role in driving performance, strengthening the organisation and ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for a large production area and make a significant impact on people, culture and operational performance. Whether you currently manage a production department, a manufacturing unit, or a sizeable operational team, you are motivated by driving results through others and developing strong leadership teams.

You will work closely with our Senior Director, Head of Operations Sweden, and be part of the production management team, contributing to both strategic direction and operational execution. This is a visible leadership position with significant responsibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on people, performance and culture. With around 600 colleagues at our Edsbyn site, you'll join a growing team in a company that's shaping the future.

Who You Are

You have a solid background in manufacturing or industrial operations and a track record of creating results through people, structure and continuous improvement. You are comfortable taking responsibility for a larger operation, setting clear expectations, and creating accountability at all levels of the organisation. Just as important, you know how to engage people, develop talent and build a culture where performance and collaboration go hand in hand.
