Tieto Caretech is seeking a seasoned People Manager to lead and grow engineering teams delivering next generation healthcare IT across Europe. You will report to Head of Product Development and work with product, delivery and business management to align goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading high performing engineering teams.
• Ability to drive organisational and technical improvements.
• Systematic approach to bottlenecks in tech and org.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering, delivery and customer support processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.
