Job summary

Tieto Caretech is seeking a People Manager to build and lead engineering teams delivering next generation healthcare IT solutions across Europe. You will report to the Head of Product Development and collaborate with product, delivery and business management.

You will foster a strong, inclusive culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure teams thrive, grow and deliver high quality software. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a line manager with responsibility of managing and building high performing teams.
• Ability to drive changes, improvements, and measures.
• A systematic approach to identifying bottlenecks in both technology and organization.
• Good knowledge of software engineering, delivery and customer services processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Swedish and English.

About The Role
