Job summary

Tieto Caretech is expanding its Consulting team and seeks experienced project managers with a background in healthcare or social care. You will lead customer projects, map requirements, and drive workshops from initiation to implementation in a collaborative, hybrid-work setting.

Fluent Swedish and English are required, and experience in data management, development & integration, or application management is beneficial. We value diverse backgrounds and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, consulting, business analysis, process development, or similar roles
• Have experience as a nurse, physiotherapist or similar role
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• A structured and proactive way of working with a focus on delivering results
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical solutions
• An interest in digitalization and how technology can support healthcare and social care organizations
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver customer projects from initiation to successful implementation
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and identify the right solutions
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder dialogues
• Coordinate activities across customers, healthcare professionals, developers, architects, and other specialists
• Support customers in digital transformation and change initiatives
• Build long‑term customer relationships and contribute to the development of our consulting service
• For Senior Project Managers, lead larger and more complex engagements, advising senior stakeholders and contributing to project management practices
