Job summary

Swedbank is seeking a senior leader to own the end-to-end payment products portfolio, spanning domestic and international payments, Swish, and cash. You will guide strategy, prioritisation, and delivery within the Product Sweden management team to create measurable business and customer value in a regulated environment.

The role requires strong execution in a matrix setting, collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, and leadership of a high-performing team of senior product owners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading payment product organisations within financial services.
• Strong ability to deliver outcomes in a matrix organisation.
• Proven track record working closely with technology in delivery-intensive settings.
• Ability to navigate complex, regulated environments and make decisions.
• Structured, business-driven approach turning data into actions.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the payments domain.
• Own decisions on priorities, scope, and investments in a complex environment.
• Drive execution across the full product lifecycle from idea to delivered value.
• Ensure profitability, cost follow-up, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior product owners.
